Ms. Van Zant served as the Human Resources Practice Leader for Palmer & Cay Consulting Group, was a Corporate Officer and VP of Human Resources at Gerber Alley & Associates (a Healthcare Information Systems Provider), a Director of HR at Scientific-Atlanta, and a Union Contract Negotiator for Corning Glass Works.
