The Van Zant Resource Group and Impression Management to Debut "Perception is Reality in Human Resources"

(Atlanta, GA)… In business today, perception is reality. How others perceive you and the image you project is a crucial factor in business success. The Van Zant Resource Group (VRG) and Impression Management will jointly debut the "Perception is Reality in Human Resources" overview at the Society of Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) annual conference in Atlanta.

The "Perception is Reality in Human Resources" overview will be offered complimentary to attendees. The overview will provide candidates and companies with a short assessment on how to effectively position themselves in today’s highly competitive business environments. The Van Zant Resource Group will also discuss recruiting and staffing solutions and survey attendees on employment trends in recruiting and human resources.

A. Parker Geiger, III, president of Impression Management will be on hand to determine attendees’ "Perception Identity" and show participants how to position their image accordingly, while enhancing visual communication skills, making for better business communications.

During the three-day show, The Van Zant Resource Group will also launch two new services, Contained Sourcing and Candidate Research, both offering advanced staffing and recruiting solutions.
